The Mi-Flues Stove Fan 2 Blade Black 19cm Compact is a heat powered fan designed to circulate the warm air created by a wood-stove, operating with normal surface temperatures of between 50°C and 340°C. The optimal running temperature of the wood-stove Mi-Flues Stove Fan 2 Blade Black 19cm Compact is the same as the recommended safe operating temperature for wood-stoves of between 80°C and 250°C. The Mi-Flues Stove Fan 2 Blade Black 19cm Compact generates its own electricity – so no need for batteries or mains power.

With the Mi-Flues Stove Fan 2 Blade Black 19cm Compact, warm air is circulated directly into the living area rather than having most of the stoves heat rise immediately to the ceiling, thereby increasing the heating efficiency of your stove.
Improved warm air circulation results in greater comfort and less fuel consumption. Many people use a stove fan to to help combat dry air. This can be done by positioning the fan behind a tray of water on top of the stove to boost the rate of evaporation. The Mi-Flues Stove Fan starts automatically and adjusts its speed with the stove temperature. As the stove heats up, the stove fan runs faster to move more warm air into the room. As the stove burns down and cools, the stove fan automatically shuts off.
The Mi-Flues Stove Fan requires the cooler air flow from behind the stove to generate its own thermoelectricity. Should only be used with free standing stoves and is not suitable for other types of fireplaces including inset stoves.
Should only be used with the base placed on the stove and not hung by the handle. Never touch any part of the fan during operation. Never place the stove fan in front of the flue pipe or at the front of the stove.
Only use the handle to remove/reposition the fan during operation and even then, a stove glove must be used. Make sure the stove fan is never placed on an unprotected surface until it has completely cooled down.
Children should be supervised when the stove fan is in use. The Mi-Flues Stove Fan 2 Blade Black 19cm Compact uses only the heat from the stove and is the most economical way to efficiently circulate warm air. It does not use any batteries and can be used where there is no electricity.
