The Mendip Loxton 8 SE Dual Control Multifuel Stove expands on the Loxton theory, with a meticulously made cast iron door, turn to open handle, and enlarged glass area that fits seamlessly in both modern and traditional homes.
Many of the characteristics of the rest of the line are retained, such as pre-heated secondary air wash to keep the glass clean and clear of deposits, as well as feeding the air right back into the heart of the fire. The Loxton DC model, has an external air connection, allowing all combustion air to pass through an 80mm pipe connected to the back of the appliance.
The Mendip Loxton 8 SE Dual Control Multifuel Stove model extends the concept of the Loxton, sitting perfectly into modern and classic houses, with a finely built cast iron door, turn to open handle, and new larger glass area.
