This Colt Top Flex 6″ 125mm Anti Downdraft Cowl, eliminates downdraft and diverts rain away from the inside of the pot, it does this by connecting directly onto the flue liner and chimney pot, strap fixing kits are included for this connection.
Chimney cowls are used with a variety of purposes within stove and open fire installations. Some chimneys may only require a basic Rain Cowl to keep out inclement weather, whereas others may suffer from a chimney draw issue, and an Anti-Downdraft or Rotorvent spinning cowling are the best course of action. Many of our cowlings are now designed to connect and support stainless steel flexible chimney liners, such as the pot hanging and suspending cowls. These cowls are also available in either a Terracotta or Buff colour finish to blend in with your existing chimney pot.
