Chris – Managing Director
Chris started the business back in 2009, after previously working within the industry and finding a boom in the market. From starting out in a small cabin office at a garden centre, Chris grew the company into one of the leading retailers within the country. With an in-depth knowledge of the industry and nature of the products, Chris covers sales, quotations and any technical enquiries our customers might have.
Claire – Director
Claire is the joint Director of the company and helps in its day-to-day operations, working behind the scenes to support both the team and the wider goals of the business. She offers experience in professional teamwork and attention to detail from her background as a registered Veterinary Nurse.
Jess – Sales & Website
Jess joined the team back in March 2022 after finishing University with an Illustration & Animation BA Hons degree from UCA Canterbury. She covers sales, website and the social media departments, working to ensure our customers receive only the best and friendliest service.
Cassie – Sales & Website
Cassie is the newest member to our team, starting October 2025, and has taken on the role in stride. She’s learning the ropes and will soon be offering help to all of our customers, no matter the query. Cassie graduated in 2021 with a Business Management BSc Hons Degree from Cambridge University.
Jamie – Installation
Jamie is an independent Hetas & Gassafe approved installer. He recently became a qualified Hetas approved Chimney Sweep. If you’ve had an installation with us in the local area, Jamie is the friendly face you’ll recognise! A perfectionist at heart, Jamie takes care with each and every job and is always happy to offer advice.
Simon – Accounts
Simon’s accounting practice began working with Simply Stoves back in July 2018. Simon offers Accounting, Tax and Virtual Finance Services to small to medium sized business. Additionally, Simon plays and owns his own Golf Events company. He is also an independent member of the Risk, Governance and Audit committee for the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioners and Fire & Rescue Services for Essex.
