A New Age of Electric

With the huge increase in demand for wood burning stoves electric fires have taken a back seat over the last few years, with many manufacturers concentrating their efforts on improving their solid fuel burners and designing new super-efficient stove models for the ever increasing market.

The good news is that Gazco have risen to the challenge with the stunning new Radiance range of inset and wall hung fires. Gone are the days where electric fires consisted of a tacky ribbon flapping over a noisy fan, the Radiance features a gorgeous LED flame effect pattern which can be set as a warming amber glow or a cool and calming blue flame at the click of a button.

This effect is coupled with a choice of modern fuel bed options which complement the design, with both white stones and clear crushed glass supplied free of charge with every Radiance model, and the option to customise your fire with the purchase of two additional fuel beds which are black glass beads and clear glass beads.

The principle that exposure to certain lighting can help aid relaxation, focus or even revitalise your mind is well documented, and with the Gazco Radiance chromatherapy lighting system you will be able to access your favourite aura or alternatively immerse yourself within a gradually changing colour spectrum at the touch of a button using the thermostatic remote control supplied as standard with every Radiance fire.

A very popular alternative to the wall hung models are the Radiance inset range of electric fires, which are designed with installation into a purpose built false chimney breast or fireplace opening in mind. Installations of this kind give a stunning “wall of fire” effect and bring the wow factor to any room. The chimney breast can be plastered or tiled right up to the edge of the fire for a clean, modern finish, or alternately for a bolder style choice a curving 3D frame called the Verve XS can be attached to front of the fire which is available in a sophisticated Graphite, Ivory or Metallica Red colour finish.

Both the wall mounted and inset Radiance fires are supplied with a thermostatic remote handset for creative control. This sleek handset gives you full control over the fires host of features including heat output, flame effect, brightness levels and colour, meaning it could not be easier to create the perfect ambience in the room from the comfort of your sofa.

Last but by no means least we have the beautiful variety of frames on offer from Gazco to suit the wall mounted Radiance fires. These stunning frames range from the sleek Black or White glass with an eye catching reflective surface, to the contemporary matt steel which can be finished in either Graphite, Ivory or a Metallic Red for a bold and impressive feature within the room.
